DouglasCOOKEPassed away peacefully on Monday 16th May 2022 at the Kathleen Rutland Home aged 85 years. Loving husband, dad, grandad and great grandad, he will be sadly missed by all. The funeral service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Wednesday 15th June at 11.45am.
